I have given a great deal of thought to doing a Natchez Trace ride. I have broken the route up into 5 stages. Nashville to Colinwood. Colinwood to Tupelo. Tupelo to Kosciusko. Kosciusko to Jackson. Jackson to Nachez. Most days are around 90 miles with the exception being the 4th stage. It is only around 60. My plan was to have a short ride tht day and stay in a larger town (better restaurants, hotels, etc).

I tossed the idea around with Tim and we wondered if a group would possibly be interested in doing this together. If we could get enough interested people, maybe we could find a support/food vehicle so no one has to carry a ton of gear on their own.

Anyway, I would love to hear anyone’s thoughts on this.

I’m interested.

Several years ago when I last rode the entire trace it was not finished through Jackson forcing cyclists to navigate through and around Jackson. Not pretty. Now the entire trace is finished which should make it much more enjoyable.
