Help Needed Independence Day Event

For over 40 years the Tullahoma Kiwanis Club has hosted an annual 4th of July event. Four years ago we moved our venue to the Tullahoma Airport and our crowd size has grown. Last year we estimate we had 11,000 people attend. This year I expect even greater numbers of attendees, and we need some help making this event successful.
Our event this year will be on Friday June 29th with the gates opening at 3 pm. We will have airplanes on static display, planes in the air performing, a killer band, and of course fireworks.
We need your help in supplying manpower to supplement our group. If I can recruit 10 people from our HRBike club that will go a long way in making our event happen. In return for club help Kiwanis will be willing to donate money to sponsor the ERV100, we will help out for the date of the ERV event, and the Bike Club can stage a popup tent to give out brochures at our event.

I am still looking for commitments to help with our June 29th Independence Day event for Tullahoma Kiwanis Club. So far I have one definite reply to my plea for help.

I can’t wait until the last few days before I get people to agree to help. I need your replies quickly. If I can’t get commitments from at least 10 bike club folks by Friday May 25th I will have to find help elsewhere.

I can use extra bodies to help all day on the 29th or a part of the day. If you are available all day it will be very tiring but also a lot of fun. Even being present only part of the day will also be rewarding.
