How do you order a shirt? I can see the shirt after clicking on it under shop now but there is no place to select a size and color and place the order.

Hmm, that’s strange. What browser are you using to access this site?
After clicking the small icon for the shirt you should see a page with a larger shirt and two boxes just to the right of the picture where you can select the color and size.
Please get back with me and let me know what you find following these instructions and telling me what browser you’re using. This may be a “bug” in the shopping cart? If it is I need to squash it right away.

Was able to place my order using Firefox. It did not work for me using Internet Explorer.

Which version of IE didn’t work? I tested it with 9 and 8 (?) and both worked fine. Please let me know which version you had trouble with so I can run this bug down and fix it. Thanks for your help. BTW, you’re using a Windows machine correct?

Ok, folks everything is in place to roll on the t-shirts with an expected delivery date of about 1 week from placing our order. “Placing our order” here means when I roll all the numbers together and instruct our vendor to print. Thanks for your patience to all you early adopters in this process. I know some of you placed your order for a shirt several weeks ago. I’m so sorry for the delay but the train is rolling now and it won’t be long ’till you can proudly display the club logo on your handsome technical shirt.
We will maintain an order schedule of once per month if there are at least 5 orders because re-setup fees to silk screen the shirts would be cost prohibitive. So there is still time to get in on this first order. I will be placing this first order early next week. The shirts should be ready to pickup at the club’s International Warehouse (Geody’s) in about a week from then.

I was using IE8 on a Windows xp machine. I can see the labels for color and size selection but the drop down selection boxes are not shown.

Ok, thanks for the bug report Jack. I’ll look into that and get it fixed ASAP.

Hmm, strange…I got my hands on an XP machine with IE 8 and the selection boxes are working on that one. Gee I hate these kinds of bugs.
Jack, if you’ve got any other ideas I’m open to suggestions or anyone else for that matter. All help is appreciated.

I had a similar problem Jack… What worked for me was to double click on the drop down arrow to show the options… Maybe that helps?

Geo – The drop down arrows are not displayed.
Tim – I am using my work laptop, there may be some extra security on my machine that prevents the boxes from being displayed. Tom had the same problem on his work machine. I will ask our IT guy if this might be the case.
