3 State 3 Mnt Training
Calling all you 3S3M riders! Weather permitting we’re going to be doing some trainin’ for the upcoming 3 State 3 Mountain century. We’ll leave from the park at 11 am. Expect a good number of hills with an overall average speed around 14 mph. We’ll keep the total distance shortish at around 30 miles.
This will be a perfect ride for those that wanna get some good hill work in without taking all day to do it. See ya.

Shootout!!

Its that time again! The shoot-out continues! Weather permitting, we will meet at the Staggerwing Museum entrance off HWY 130 and have wheels turning at 5:00 pm sharp… This is your chance to sow your wild oats! Bring your Pistols and your Lactate Thresholds and come on out and have some fun!

We have a fine fresh ride, all hot and toasty for you 3 Staters in training!
We will be departing at 09:00am from St. Margaret Mary’s Catholic church on Hwy 50 in Alto, TN on a nice 70 miler that will climb Sewanee three separate ways… bring your shamrocks and wear green! I’ve heard the first one up each Mt. climb usually sees a leprechaun… (and a few stars lol)

Sewanee/Sherwood Over-n-Back
Great training ride for the 3 State 3 Mountain. Meets at the little St. Mary Catholic church. Warm up with a 3 mi jaunt to the foot of the mountain then its up about 2.5 mi to Sewanee across the top and down 5 mi toward Sewanee. At the foot of the mountain on the other side we’ll turn around and head back up and over to the start.
