Calling all budding cyclists 10 yrs of age and up. Come on out and join the Junior Riders for an afternoon of bicycle riding. There will be a little bike maintenance know-how, safety tips and question and answer prior to about an 8 mi bike ride on some lightly travelled country roads.
Safety will be a primary concern and as such this ride will be supervised by several skilled cycling adults.
In the interest of Mothers Day, we will not have a juniors ride on May 13.
The first Juniors Ride was a resounding success! There were seven young riders that participated. Jason Redd did a great job introducing safety and cycling etiquette to the youngsters. We did a six mile loop around on country rides. At the conclusion all the riders were ready for more. See ya next week and bring your friends.
